EngDev Pty Ltd is a registered building and construction company specialising in planning, design, documentation & specification of customised domestic construction projects.
The type of construction we specialise in involves – extensions, renovations, restorations, fit outs and new homes. Eng Dev Pty Ltd was founded in 2008 and has since grown into a small niche company running around 2-3 new home or addition/renovation builds each year.
We have intentionally remained small to maintain the direct client contact and high level of service with direct oversight of our projects. This is something that sets us apart and defines the level of service and niche we operate in.
We place a strong emphasis on design, planning and documentation to underpin the delivery of our builds. This formula works well for us and helps all parties involved to understand what product they will receive at completion. This approach also assists in managing budgets and provides the best possible product within the framework of the project brief.
We are passionate about unique well designed and planned construction projects that give us the opportunity to showcase the combined skills of our team. Our Team
We employ experienced in-house drafts people, Project Managers, carpenters, labourers and administrative support, all of which enables us to manage projects and source relevant specialists, skilled trades and consultants when required to get the job done.
We are a tight knit team with shared goals and a strong work ethic. We are prepared to work hard for a fair wage, without expecting or taking more than we are entitled to, and in the process we enjoy each other’s company and the satisfaction of creating and delivering projects we are proud of.
It takes a certain type of personality for this style of management to be effective. So as we attract these like-minded people into our ranks, the model has worked effectively ongoing since the start of the business. We feel very lucky to have such a positive and productive dynamic. This dynamic also extends to our large array of sub trades - they appreciate our style of operation, which in turn has a positive impact on the quality of their work, and the level of care they take with our jobs.
