Addition & Restoration - Lorne

This was another extension renovation which proved to be quite a challenge due to the poor condition of the existing structure and the heavily sloping site. It also had the added challenge of asbestos throughout the whole structure. There was a limited budget for restoration works and finding the balance between structural restoration, whilst performing the more desirable additions and alterations, was a balancing act, but we found a good compromise. We also had the added challenge of working in with the old structure where levels and parts of the building had moved and shifted significantly over the years.

Nevertheless, we overcame these challenges and were able to showcase the combination of skills and expertise required to produce an excellent result for which our client was very grateful.
