New Home - Upper Pakenham

This large new house was situated on a large treed rural property. We worked in conjunction with the clients from concept through to completion. It was a speculative build with the client’s intention to on sell the property shortly after completion. It doesn’t represent the mainstay of our work, however we were happy to work in with the client’s vision to meet their expectations and design brief. The project fit the design brief and the client was happy with the end result. It was one of the early jobs we did outside Melbourne and signaled our enjoyment of working in more rural or country areas.
