Addition & Restoration - Fitzroy

This was a two-storey addition on the back of a single fronted Victorian. We were involved from the concept stage throughout the design, and then to tender and construction. This enabled us to manage the budget with the clients and help steer the design and eventual build in a direction that met the client’s needs and desires. This was a good example of how to get the most out of a small block and build a family home behind a heritage listed single fronted Victorian façade. Once again, one of our favourite aspects of this build was the integration between old and new, allowing us to showcase the various skills and techniques required to make it happen. Our clients were very happy with the result and we remain in touch to this day.
