Renovation & Restoration - Hawthorn

This is renovation of an existing house with a minor addition to the rear. It was mainly a case of adding an open plan area to the rear of the house, while updating most of the existing structure. This transformed the house into a more usable space for a growing family. Like most of our work this was a referral from previous clients, starting back at the concept stage, with us providing advice on various options and costing guidance to ensure the planning and design process started off in the right direction. The clients were very pleased with the final build results and we thoroughly enjoyed working with them.
