Renovation & Restoration - Camberwell

The client approached us at the concept stage of this restoration and renovation, and we developed plans to fit a design brief that involved no addition to the building footprint, but required a better use of the current space available. We produced plans to modernize the living areas, kitchen and bathrooms with a more open plan functional approach, and also to restore the art deco/Victorian features in the original bedrooms. Nothing was untouched and the final result was a practical house with modern layouts and functional spaces, with all the charm and homeliness of the original home’s heritage. The clients really enjoyed the process of remaking their home and want to do another in future.
