Shop Restoration & Fit Out - Hawthorn

This job was comprised two two-storey Victorian side-by-side. It was an old vehicle brake and clutch workshop and in terrible condition. We did a restoration for the property owner to convert it into a lettable space. During the works the space was leased by a guitar retailer and musician who subsequently used us to do the specific shop fit out, building on all the existing works that we had done to date. The job in the end was quite comprehensive and surpassed our expectations of scale and quality of fit out. We had a great time once again utilising recycled timber, various antique items of furniture and distressed recycled building features found in various recycled timber yards. We also got to build some reproduction style Victorian counters and display cabinets. A very interesting and unique job which we all enjoyed being a part of.
