Addition & Restoration - Northcote
This project was a renovation/extension in Northcote. The original front rooms of the house were restored with Blackbutt flooring and all original Victorian features. The rear was a new addition including 'Marmoleum' (recycled plastics) floor coverings and a more modern open plan arrangement. This build was environmentally conscious with a very high thermal rating and commercial grade windows, along with other sustainable products such as 'Ecrete' to replace regular concrete. It was a very rewarding job and we have remained in contact with our client ‘Jill’ to this day. We have assisted her more recently in further restoration works and advice to assist her ongoing.
